Rated 4 out of 5 by PennyWhistler from Quick, easy sew I recently stitched together View B of this dress. I struggled with facings (I generally do) and ended up doing a decorative top stitch about 1/2 in to keep it laying flat. The instructions were easy to follow and the zipper installation a breeze. I'd definitely recommend this as a great advanced beginner pattern for someone looking to branch out into making vintage clothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by vivmom from Vintage Flair I made the dress w/ sleeves. I love the length of those sleeves, by the way. They also have a cute little dart in them for shaping. This dress goes together quickly, and I found that I could get by without a zipper. I left a 4" opening at the back neck for ease of slipping it over my head, and added a button/thread loop for closing. I made this dress quickly for a graduation event and it was so comfortable. This dress is perfect for showcasing fabric. I used a periwinkle floral from Cotton + Steel. Winner!!
