HOW OUR RATES ARE CALCULATED:
CONTIGUOUS U.S.
Orders shipping to residential and commercial street addresses within the contiguous United States are billed according to the following rate schedule:

In cases where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments on the same order, unless such charges are specifically indicated on the product page or at time of order.
APO/FPO
We are pleased to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses via the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact customer service by email OrderAssist@simplicity.com or by calling toll-free (800) 653-7301 ext. 4065 Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST to arrange for your order. If emailing, please include: a list of the items you are interested in; complete and accurate shipping address information; email address and telephone number for contact. A representative will be in touch with you to indicate if a shipment to your address is possible, and what the associated costs will be
Express and 2nd Day services are not available for APO/FPO addresses.
ALASKA / HAWAII / PUERTO RICO
Orders shipping to residential and commercial addresses within the Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are billed according to the following rate schedule. Standard shipping is offered via the US Postal Service and 2-3 Day express air service will ship via Federal Express, or the most cost effective express air service available at time of shipment.

WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER:
All packages ship from Antioch, Tennessee unless otherwise indicated on a product page. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email notice with shipment information. Most ground orders are shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt. Express and 2nd Day orders received by 1pm CST (Central Standard Time) will be shipped same day; orders received after this time frame will ship the next business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude Federal holidays.
Our preferred carrier is Federal Express. We also utilize the United States Postal Service, shipping partners and other carriers as appropriate. The carrier for orders is selected based on an algorithm. In order to mitigate delayed or returned packages, if you have both a P.O. Box and a physical address, please list both in the "Shipping Address" section. Your physical address – Street Number, Street Name, Apartment Number – may be listed in the Address 1 field. The P.O. Box information may be listed in the Address 2 field – P.O. Box #, City, and Zipcode. We reserve the right to ship via the most economical carrier, for all services offered.
CONTIGUOUS U.S. - GROUND
You can expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days.
CONTIGUOUS U.S. – EXPRESS & 2nd DAY
Express orders are available for delivery on business days only and weekends are not calculated as part of transit times. Customers selecting Overnight delivery can expect shipments to arrive 1 business day following date of shipment. Customers selecting Second Day delivery can expect shipments to arrive 2 business days following date of shipment.
APO/FPO
We are unable to estimate transit times for APO/FPO addresses.
ALASKA / HAWAII / PUERTO RICO
Please allow 5-14 business days for receipt of your standard order. Air Express orders received by 1pm CST (Central Standard Time) will be shipped same day; orders received after this time frame will ship the next business day. Orders will typically be delivered in 2-3 business days following date of shipment.
U.S. TERRITORIES / PO BOXES
You can expect to receive your order within 4-15 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES Due to the nature of International transit and customs processing, we are unable to provide delivery estimates on International orders.
