Cute birds
This was my 13th PaintWorks painting. A good composition, not difficult, not requiring as much time as others of its size. It took me about 113 hrs. The only special technique called for is a small amount of dry brushing the moss on the birdhouse. You should dry brush the browns into the green. 35 colors are used, slightly less than other sets. The birds came out realistic, the bird house is rich in texture, the background subtle. A good painting for new painters to start on.
