One size: to fit 16" (41 cm) square pillow formMATERIALS:
- #6 super-bulky weight yarn: we used Lion Brand® Hometown USA® (100% acrylic), 4 oz (113 g), 64 yd (59 m) – 3 balls #099 Los Angeles Tan (A), 3 balls #305 Cape Cod Tweed (B)
- Boye® knitting needles US size 15 (10 mm), or size needed to obtain gauge
- Cable stitch needle
- Yarn needle
- 16" (41 cm) square pillow form

GAUGE:
6 sts and 11 rows = 4" (10 cm) in stockinette st with 1 strand of A and B held together. To save time, take time to check gauge.
Step: 2
PATTERN STITCH
Cable Pattern
Row 1 (RS): K3, p3, *k6, p3; rep from * to last 3 sts, k3.
Rows 2 and 4: P3, k3, *p6, k3; rep from * to last 3 sts, p3.
Row 3: K3, p3, *sl 3 sts to cable needle and hold in front, k3, k3 from cable needle, p3; rep from * to last 3 sts, k3.
Row 5: Rep Row 1
Row 6: Rep Row 2.
Step: 3
DIRECTIONS
Hold one strand of A and B together throughout. CO 36 sts.
Work Rows 1-6 of Cable Pattern ten times, then Rows 1-4 once more.
BO in pattern.
Step: 4
FINISHING
Fold with RS together and sew 3 side seams from RS, inserting pillow form before sewing final edge.
